Internet Banking is one of the fastest, most convenient ways to access your AccessBank accounts, view balances, transfer funds. Using your unique Username and Password you can perform banking transactions online, whenever and wherever you want, from a secure PC with Internet access. 


What is myAccess?

myAccess is Internet Banking system by AccessBank Azerbaijan CJSC.

What banking transactions can I perform with myAccess?

myAccess allows you to make transactions online and manage your accounts, deposits and balances:

- View balances and transactions on your deposits, loans,mortgages and cards

- Review the transactions made via myAccess from 01.11.2014

- View your eligible Current accounts, Deposits and Card account statements for the 01.11.2014. Card statements are available for the last 3 months only. 

- Transfer funds between your AccessBank accounts (this is an ideal way to pay your accounts quickly).

- Make within Bank transfers, you can move money to another person with AccessBank accounts

- Send money to other financial institutions (banks) within Azerbaijan in AZN. (Azerpost money orders as well)

- View information about your Loans including payment schedule and payment history

- Chat or Email our Call Center anytime for information on myAcces products and services

- Online Password Reset - Customers who forget their myAcccess Password can reset it without visiting the branch

What do I need to start using myAccess?

There is no software required to access myAccess. All you need is a computer and Internet connection. The following web browser versions are recommended for use with myAccess:

- MS Internet Explorer v. 9

- Mozilla Firefox v. 16.0

- Google Chrome v. 24

Browser must support JavaScript and CSS3 . Some browsers may offer automatic software updates - they scan your computer, determine if you're running an outdated version and then give you the option to install an upgrade.

How safe is myAccess?

AccessBank takes every precaution to keep your online experience safe. In a continued effort to safeguard online banking transactions, AccessBank requires full SHA256-bit encryption for Internet Banking use. Encryption is a process that transforms sensitive information into a string of unrecognizable characters before they are sent over the Internet and helps keep your information private between the bank's computer system and your Internet browser. In addition to encryption, your unique Username, Password and SMS-code (OTP) will authenticate your access each time you use the service. Learn more through myAccess

How do I sign up for myAccess?

Simply visit one of nearest AccessBank branch and ask for enrollment to myAccess. Please note to bring your ID card with you.

Is it safe to enter my password online?

Thanks to encryption, sending and receiving information through myAccess is more reliable than ever. Encryption helps keep information private (such as your password or the transactions you perform) between the bank's computer and your Internet browser.

May I access to myAccess not only via my computer?

System is accessible from any computer(device) that has internet connection.

Are there any limitations when using myAccess?

When using myAccess you need to remember about the transfer limits on the amount transferred. More information about the limits can be found here

Can I use Internet Banking from abroad?

Of course. As long as you are a registered user and have access to the Internet, you can use the myAccess anywhere in the world.

Will I receive SMS code when I'm abroad?

In order to receive messages abroad, you need to enable your roaming from your operator and while abroad connect to the network operator which allows possibility of obtaining the short message for roaming customers.

Will the incoming SMS code be free of charge when I'm abroad?

Usually incoming SMS-messages are free of charge, but for more accurate information, we recommend that you contact your service provider (mobile operator).

Will I receive SMS codes for the numbers of foreign operators?

You can receive short messages for foreign numbers as well, for this you will need to indicate in the application the number for which you want to receive messages. This can be done at the nearest branch of the bank.

What if the SMS code does not come on my mobile phone?

Try to restart your phone. If you still has not received the code, please contact call center by calling 151 or by online chat or please contact any convenient branch.

What if I forget my login?

Login to myAccess can always be specified at any AccessBank branch.

What happens if I forget the password?

You can change your password without coming to the bank branch. To do this, click the "Forgot your password" button and enter the required information

What symbols password may contain?

The password consists of latin alphabet letters and numbers.

Why do I need to accept "cookies" to access my financial information online?

A cookie is a text file that resides on your computer. As part of the security of your data, cookies remind AccessBank of your particular browser preferences and security requirements. If your browser prompts you when a cookie is "served," you must accept it or the access to confidential information will be denied. Since cookies are site specific, only Accessbank can access, decode and make use of the information.

Why do I need to log off after I am done using online banking?

For security purposes, your account session will time out after 15 minutes of inactivity. You should always use the Logout button when you are done with your session to ensure your account is kept secure.

Can I change my Username and Password?

Login ( Username) - can not be changed online. In order to change it, you should visit nearest branch and make a request personally. Password - Yes, from your myaccess "Personal settings" page, choose "Security settings" then type current and new password. Note: When changing your Password, be sure that you create something that no one could guess. You should memorize your Login and Password and never write them down. These important steps will prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing your financial information.

Can I nickname my accounts?

Yes, you can give nicknames to your accounts for easier tracking and monitoring. Click on Rename from the action menu of any account, then type nickname you wish to have. Nicknames do not affect your accounts, balances or how they are paid through transfers.

How do I know I am visiting a secured internet site?

myAccess is accessed through a "secured" Internet site to help keep your online financial information private and secure. You will know you are at a secured site when you see the https:// in the address field on your browser.

I need an statement from over one year ago. What should I do?

For deposit accounts, customers can access electronic statements for up to 5 years via myAccess. If you have trouble accessing the statements or if you need to access statements to other accounts, please visit any convenient brahch for you.

Please note: Online account statements are no longer available once an account is closed. We recommend that you download the available statements prior to the closure of your account.

What should I do if I become a victim of online theft or fraud?

As soon as you learn of the theft or unauthorized transaction on your accounts, contact our Call Center immediately at 151
